Embracing Neurodivergent Strengths Everywhere
At Traineuro, we champion the recognition and celebration of neurodivergent talents. Our mission is to foster deeper understanding and provide actionable insights that empower workplaces and communities to support diverse minds effectively.

A bit about me……
Meet the passionate neurodivergent driving Traineuro’s mission forward.

My name is Nick Hawe and I am a Neurodiversity Trainer and Consultant. I have been doing this work since November 2022 and I am very passionate about ensuring that people understand non-visible differences and disability. I was diagnosed as being Autistic and ADHD in April of 2022, and my eldest son was diagnosed as Autistic when he was 10 years old, in 2012. So this work is both a personal and professional passion of mine.
Prior to this, I was a Police Officer for 30 years with North Wales Police. I have successfully dealt with people from all backgrounds and am driven by the desire to help people at their time of need and to treat everybody fairly.
In my spare time, I like spending time with my family and pets. I enjoy physical exercise, from football to dog walks, while films and music are also keen interests. I also take part in amateur dramatics.
